It’s rare to find a large chalet just a few minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix – especially one that has been newly renovated.
Chalet les Sauberands is a top quality 6-bedroom chalet set in its own gardens that has just been completely re-designed, both internally and externally. Using the finest local materials, including aged oak and rejuvenated existing timbers, the chalet combines traditional Savoyard style with modern luxuries such as underfloor heating, wi-fi on all floors, flat screen TVs, wired-in sound systems and an outdoor jacuzzi.
On the ground floor there is a lounge/media room, two bedrooms (one with ensuite shower room), a WC and a garage/ski and bike store with a heated boot rack. Outside, there is an eight-person hot tub with views of Mont Blanc. On the first floor, the main living area comprises a large open-plan lounge/dining room centred around an ornate log fire and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom and a separate bathroom on this floor. On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms (one with an ensuite shower room) and a separate bathroom.
Chalet les Sauberands is a luxurious and stylish chalet for up to 12 guests with the convenience of being able to wander into town within a few minutes.
