Liarets 3 provides spacious accommodation over 3 levels. On the garden level, there is a comfortable living area with a round wood burning stove between the seating and dining areas. The modern, fully-fitted kitchen opens onto the dining area via a bartop and there is a dining table for 8. Sliding, glass doors lead onto the south-facing terrace offering fabulous views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles du Chamonix. Also on this level is a flexible (double or twin) bedroom with ensuite shower room and a separate WC.
On the top floor, there are 2 further bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. They both have a flexible double bed and an additional single bed making the total capacity 8 people. The south facing balcony can be accessed from one of these bedrooms and from the landing.
At lower ground floor level, there is a private garage plus ski and boot storage areas.
The interiors of the Liarets chalets were designed by Leslie Gauthier, who recently completed the 4 star Hotel Morgane in Chamonix. The finishes are a mixture of antique oak parquet and traditional spruce, with modern contemporary features and hand made furniture from the Lacroix brothers.
The Chalets des Liarets are offered individually, in pairs or as a whole. Numbers 1/2 and 3/4 are linked by a lockable passageway and all 4 chalets can be accessed internally via the parking level, giving ultimate flexibility for any group up to 32 people.

Liarets 3 is part of the hamlet of the Chalets des Liarets. It is located just to the east of the town centre in the exclusive Plaine des Praz.
For local facilities, the Chalet is a 10 minute walk from the village of Les Praz where there is a grocery shop and a selection of restaurtants and bars. The main shopping streets in Chamonix are about a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive).
For access to skiing, the chalet is 10 minutes by foot (2 minute drive) to the Flégère cable car. The nearest bus stop is just on Route du Bouchet, 500 metres from the Chalet.
